EMFREX - DEMO Once fully signed up you will be issued with a user name and PIN number. Then by going to www.emfrex.com you can log in and start shipping. When you've logged on you are given the option to create a new shipment. These are the Online Service options: USA Regular Service USA Premium Service USA Ocean Service EU Regular Service Rest of World You simply choose which option by clicking on it. The shipping input screen is simple and easy to use- you just enter all the relevant information for the shipment and submit the form . This input screen has useful features such as a pop up calendar for choosing dates and a currency converter for converting EURO to US Dollars. The data you input is then checked for errors - if there are any you'll prompted to correct them. If all the information is correct it is entered into our database. PRINT LABEL Once the shipment has been entered you are given the option to print a label. The label has your customers information and the Bar-coded Tracking Number which is automatically generated by the system. The label is an Adobe PDF document which you can print off as a peel and stick label. Click here to see a sample label. You will need adobe acrobat - this is free to download at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat The label measures 4 x 5 inches. SHIP NOTIFY You can send shipping notifications to your customer automatically. You can also create a commercial invoice. Emfrex gives you the option to seach for shipments under different criteria such as Name, Sales Order Number, Address etc. You can also add your shipments to a manifest so that all the paperwork is ready for collection Another useful feature is the spreadsheet uploader. If you have a large amount of shipments you can upload them into the system as a .csv file. You can also export data from Emfrex in .csv format so you can integrate the data with your own back office. As Emfrex is an online application you can access it easily and the user friendly interface makes it easy for anyone to use.
